I’d forgotten about Walken and Hopper. They were good. Then again, any scene with Brad Pitt as Floyd was great too. I need to watch that again.
Val Kilmer was the ghost of Elvis Presley. Small role.

I think you are thinking of Christian Slater who was in True Romance.
I don’t remember Kilmer being in there but must say that the scene
w/ D. Hopper and C. Walken is one of the best.
Additionally, I think every team has a self maimer. Our’s gashed his head
(requiring stitches) when he stood up into a desk corner after picking
up a stuffed teddy bear. Prior to that he threw out his back lifting
a pitcher of lemonade:)
