Mt Hood as a Cat 4 is not too bad. I would think that you are a cat 4 on the road, but Kenji or Candi can help you with that one. If you want to travel to a race, Starcrossed in Seattle is a great event. But plan to stay for the pro men or don't go. That event is just great!!!
